Notify Log

The Notify Log records all SMS and voice messages sent to the customer, including timestamps and content. This allows merchants to track communication and keep up-to-date with customer interactions.

Color Tag

The Color Tag feature allows merchants to categorize or highlight customers using default or custom colors. These tags are visible only to merchants, making it easy to organize customers without them seeing the tags.

User Profile

The User Profile displays customer details such as name, phone number, party size, and any notes. Merchants can quickly access relevant information about each customer for better service management.

User Tag

User Tags allow merchants to add custom tags to a customer’s phone number. These tags will appear every time the customer uses the same phone number for future waitlists or reservations, ensuring continuous service customization.
